Helping the C-suite understand a changing customer

Fresh off a rebrand, the Tervis executive team was left with hundreds of pages of consumer research with no clear path to synthesizing it. Combining strategic insights with targeted brand identity exercises, the Nimble team developed five key customer personas for use by Tervis’ product, marketing, and DTC teams to guide their go-forward strategy; ultimately pitching the personas to the Tervis CEO and brand team.

Nimble’s brand persona work provided insights that were surfaced to the Tervis CEO.
